that energy that reproduces flesh
flash in the core
encephalized spine
luminesce
fire electric
come
emerge from the sea
breed Earthen sons.

Take a ride down
the water slide
The Gorgon budding
beauty stoning
high & dry

The spider wacked out
forty years to climb
for the first time
just not a rind
not too high
barely aware
just prepare for the summer's twins.

Gone fishing
nappy neck
pass the heart
and the instrument

and the vacant tongue goes down
to the ashen eye
of the Eagle twins
on opposite fields

soon sleeping
nested
in evening
retro rise.
